We can do it

My diet is draining on me. I have been deprived of chocolate for WAY too long. It's so bad that I have been reduced to turning to Internet Food Porn. I'm ashamed.

I sneak into the office....give a a quick look around...good...Dan is playing with the kids. I'll have a few euphoric moments to search the web and fantasize about chocolate cake. Then after I get a good tantalizing look, maybe I'll check out some brownie recipes. Mmmm.... That's hot.

Get a load of these babies!

Go ahead and have a lil. For two reasons. 1, if your anything like me and you deprive yourself of anything too long you will eventually loose control and eat a whole cake. And 2, when your eating the same amount of calories and fat your bodies gets used to it and your metabolism stabalizes. You need to vary the amount here and there and give your metabolism a boost. I do it after a week or two of dieting and I seem to stop loosing. IT keeps me sane and helps me loose again.

I REALLY hate to diet and all the commercials running on the TV and in magazines are NOT helping!

I say give yourself a little treat....UNLESS you are like me with no self control and any exposure will send you into a 3 day chocolate induced bender! Then....you might want to abstain! :)

This is not good for your diet. It will drive you to eat.
