A little less fatty and frumpy

I have been "trying to lose weight" for 8 months now since my little Boo was born. I don't diet really. If I do, it only lasts for 2 weeks max. But if you add up all my little dieting endeavors together I have lost a total of 16lbs. Not too shabby! In a perfect world I would like to lose another 15-20. I would settle for 10. FYI - I am eating chocolate and kettle corn as I type this...

BTW, I emailed you the other day. Did it get to you? Just wanted to check and make sure.

Man, you should check out Dr. Oz's book. That's one I'm going to pick up soon. He's pretty awesome.

LMAO, I am right there with you dear. I am happy that I have lost 20 pounds in 8 months, but hell, Hannah was 8 pounds herself. The last 12 pounds is sticking around for the long haul. By this point after having Leah I had lost all 40 pounds. I wonder why I am not loosing, then I look at the chocolate cake in front of me. HMMMM

That's excellent, Kris! I'm proud of you.
I'm in the same boat, trying to lose weight. Although I just had 2 pieces of leftover pizza (which I did not indulge in last night) and now I'm on to my yogourt. What is that - 2 points against and one for?

Sounds like me! "Hmm, I SHOULD go to the gym and eat salad for lunch..." The reality? I grab a bag of chips and a handful of leftover Halloween candy and take a nap! You are not alone...
