1 for 2

The results are in folks and I am 1 for 2. Boo did NOT roll over, but thought that I was hilarious trying to lure him over with toys and silly faces. I even resorted to dangling food for him...that's right...I'm breastfeeding. I looked at Dan and said, "Heck, I know what lures every other man in the world..." and I whipped out my boob to see if he'd come to that. No dice. He's just content hanging out on his back for now. A battle for another day.
As for Stinky, he is a champ. He went pee pee in the potty. Woo hoo! The first time he did it I was not even in the room for it! We all did a "pee pee dance" around the potty and sang a song and looked and sounded like fools. I bought a bunch of little hot wheels at the grocery store for 25 cents and each time he went he got a car. He thinks he is hot stuff. Red is jealous. She went running to the bathroom yelling, "See, I can pee pee on the potty too?" Then runs out and asks for a present too. So we packed up and went to McDonalds for a special lunch for all. How do you explain to a kid who isn't even 4 yet that her little brother gets a present or a treat but she doesn't? Today it is Hershey Kisses so I think I am gonna give her chores to do and she'll get a treat that way. Let's hope it goes well again today. He wants to train so bad. To be like his big sissy.
Wish us luck!

Way to go Stinkers!!
I used Smarties.
The chocolate ones, not the American ones.
Maybe I should send some to Stinky...

I am sending you pee pee in the potty vibes!!
When my parents were potty training my younger siblings, they bought a big bag of snow caps candy and put them in a jar next to the sink. So after the kids went in the potty and washed their hands, they got "potty candy". My brother is 15 months older than my sister, and did not understand why she would get a treat and he did not, so my mom would give both of them a "potty candy" when my sister went. Tell you what, my brother was BIG on helping my sister...always asking her to "go pee pee putty" as he said.

They are now 18 and 19 years old, and still call snow caps potty candy!

WOO HOO!!! Congrats on the potty training!!

We also used Smarties, as rewards. The American ones. Like Cheerios, the name stuck -- my kids still call Smarties "Potty Candy."

The people at the grocery store loooooove that.

Way to go Stinky. Griffin says "Cool". A boy of so few words! We did smarties too until we found out that Griffin is allergic to chocolate. Which is just so sad. Keep up the good work!!
